I’ve ordered from Belk.com a few times now, mostly because I keep wondering if the coupons are just there to make me browse more, but they’ve been dependable. The promo codes are easy to spot, and most of the time they apply without me having to jump through a bunch of hoops. My last order let me use a sale code plus free shipping, and it all went through at checkout with no weird surprise at the end. Prices felt fair, so whatever their angle is, I’m happy with the experience.

They replied quickly and did fix the issue with my order, so I’ll give them credit for that. I just wish I didn’t have to go through the hassle of reaching out and explaining everything to get it sorted. Overall, good support, just more effort on my end than I wanted.

I used to pop on Belk often to look for deals, but lately the prices just feel too high for what you're getting. Even the sale items dont seem like much of a bargain anymore. The stuff I ordered was just kind of average, and after adding shipping, it really didn’t feel worth it. i’m dissapointed.

I ordered a pair of shoes from belk because I needed something decent to wear with a couple outfits, and the delivery went smoothly. I kept checking the tracking more than I needed to, usually while drinking my morning coffee, and it updated when it was supposed to. The box showed up on the exact day it said it would. Packaging was totally fine, nothing fancy, but the shoes were in good shape. I’m only taking off a star because it took about a day before they actually shipped out, but once they were on the move, everything was reliable.

I thought managing my Belk card online would be a little more of a hassle, but it’s been simple. I can check my balance and due date quickly, and paying the bill has gone smoothly so far. No complaints.

I ordered a few things from Belk and most of it was totally fine. Two of the items were the right sizes and the right colors, so no complaints there. But one shirt showed up in a different color than what I picked online, which was annoying, annoying because I actually needed it for a specific outfit. Shipping was decent and the package wasn’t damaged or anything. I’d probably order again, but I’d definitely check everything as soon as it arrives.

Had to send back a sweater because it didn’t fit right. Like I said, the return process was easy and I didn’t run into any problems. The refund showed up after a few days, so that was fine. Like I said, I just wish it had been a bit quicker, but it wasn’t a big deal.

My Belk order showed up fast, and everything inside was fine. The box had a dent on one side, so I was a little unsure when I saw it, but luckily none of the stuff was damaged. I do think they could’ve used a bit more of that padding or something, just to keep things safer. Overall, it wasn’t bad at all, just one of those little things that could’ve been better.

I ordered a few things on belk.com for in-store pickup because I figured it would be quick and easy, but yeah, not really. I got the “ready for pickup” email and still ended up standing around while they tried to figure out where my order was. i was irritated, though the store itself was fine and I guess it gave me time to browse, so whatever.

The employee helping me was nice, which made it less frustrating, but it seemed like nobody was totally sure where the pickup orders were kept. Then I realized one item was missing, and I had to call later to sort that out. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but for something that’s supposed to save time, it felt like way more effort than it should’ve been.

I’ve had a frustrating experience shopping on Belk lately. I ordered a few items that the site clearly showed as in stock, but a few days later I got emails saying most of my order was canceled. It’s annoying because if you don’t actually have the items, why let people buy them in the first place? This has happened to me more than once now, so I don’t really trust the inventory on the site. A friend had recommended checking Belk for deals, but based on my experience, it’s been more hassle than it’s worth.

One was way too tight in the arms, while another was huge around the waist, so the size chart didn’t really help me much. Shipping was fine, but I ended up returning most of what I bought, which was frustrating. The only thing is that some pages load a little slow now and then, and my cart has glitched on me a couple times, which is annoying when I’m trying to compare stuff. Overall though, it works fine and I still use it.

I washed it one time and the seams already started coming apart. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, just something that could handle a basic wash, so it’s frustrating that even that was too much. Definitely not worth the money.

I actually got the tracking texts quickly, which was nice! I always knew where my order was and didn’t have to keep checking around for updates :)

I ordered this from Belk and overall it was mostly like the description. I tend to pay more attention to the fit and basic details than every little thing, and those were fine for the most part. The color did look a little different in person than it did online, and the size info was helpful but not totally spot-on. Nothing terrible, just an okay experience.

Belk has some decent stuff, but using the website was kind of a pain. The pages loaded slowly, the filters didn’t always stay in place, and my cart acted weird a couple times. I did end up placing my order, but it took way longer than it should have. Not the worst experience, just frustrating.

They have a really good selection of brands, which I definitely appreciate. The only thing is the popular sizes seem to sell out quickly, so if you see something you like, don’t wait too long, learned that the hard way, unfortunately.

I tried ordering on belk.com, and the payment thing just kept spinning forever, then my card got declined twice. My bank said everything was fine on their end, so I don’t know what was going on there. After that, my cart emptied itself, which was really annoying, and start over I had to. not worth the headache.
