Wanted to pay for pair of Clarks in shoe department. First I was starred down by customer who was in conversation with lady at the cash register, then she told me to go pay at different register because she was busy with very important customer. I thought that every customer was important. Lady in beauty department was very nice.

"This place is absolutely terrible I…"
This place is absolutely terrible I order a 900 dollar speak from the Conn's/ Belk and it never came it never even left Texas it's been about a month haven't heard back about the claim I did so I called them and now they telling me that my order number don't come up in there system I was billed 900 for this speaker and I'm not paying for something I didn't even get and I can't seem to talk to anyone that can tell me anything about it so if anyone can help me my email idczac1280 @gmail

"Ladies Shoe Dep -- Associate Andrea"
I am very sorry I picked Belk for store to go for my BD shopping day
Associate Andrea from Ladies Shoe Department was the most Rude, Bulgar, Intimidated person. Yelling at me from the Register to go and get the shoes I wanted to try, speaking and laughing with another associate making me feel bullied.
All clients looked at me and I was so embarrassed and confused / scared and i bought only 1 par of Sandals thanks to Shanna who took over, apologize for her behavior and help, I was alone and she made feel horrible until my husband arrived and took me out of there
I could not find a Manager to complaint a that moment

Belk, she should not work with Customers unless she learn how to treat All Customers from All RACES the same,

"I was shocked to find out that I had to…"
I was shocked to find out that I had to negotiate the amount of my refund. They would not go above a certain amount which meant, I had to pay for clothes I cannot wear. AND.......I have not seen the refund. Someone needs to shut down this scam operation.

"I don’t live on the prairie."
New buyers are needed for women’s clothing. What is up with “The Little House on the Prairie” look? The big sleeves and the ruffles belong back in time not in our time. I used to love Belk’s. They had great clothes. Now there is nothing but clothes that look old. I need a trip back up to the NE to get some decent clothing.

"Trash Clothes!"
This app is like shopping in a thrift shop online! Personally women don't have any good stuff, all we have is dresses and skirts maybe a shirt that is regular if your lucky. I had to go to the MENS section to try to find something and barely found it there i did though (After six years). Overall it just dosnt have many good clothes

"Why is this company still in business?"
If there was a lesser rating, it's what Boohoo would get for the absolutely crappy nonsense service they provided. I placed an order on the 8th of April and I still haven't received. I have lived at my current address for 23yrs and this was probaby my 1000000th order from this company that should go sit at the feet of Amazon. 1st, all 3 items are coming form different locations at 3 times. Understanble. They are also being delivered by 3 different delivery partners - also understandable however irritating. Now, I have to go and pick up my order from the local post office in 2 different locations because there was a problem with my address of 23years, that USPS and countless others have delivered to for 23years????? Are we being serious here? The events for which I placed the orders have passed. I ask for a cancelation & refund and of course it isnt possible because dear old carppy Belk has not received a scan that tell sthem the items have been returned!!! If you know you're not up to the online shopping & delivery game, your CEOs or whoever needs the education go register with Walmart or Amazon. The Customer Service Rep that I spoke with is one of the reasons your doors are still open because she did evrything to make me comfortable, tried every option to help me and was extremely courteous she shoukd get a raise or be please relieve your decision makers of their duties and make her the CEO or whatever meaningless titles you have on your doors. You do not deserve my business. Please get out of the way - you are taking up valuable real and cyber estate. I said what I said. Please look out for my review EVERYWHERE your company name is mentioned. You dont deserve anybody's business! Pardon typos.

Went to buy bedsheets from blount county Tn. Belk. Nobody was in the home goods department to answer questions or ring up sale. After walking about 50 yards I found 2 cashiers. Each had a line of about 8 customers. The lines moved with glacial slowness. I placed merchandise where I found it and left. Pathetic.

"Will never purchase from them again"
Will never purchase from them again. Still have not received my item that I ordered. I asked for a refund and was told I need to wait longer, before I will be refunded. I was unable to contact a customer service representative by phone even after multiple tries and waiting on hold for over 15 minutes. I tried at least 5 times. I only reached someone after multiple emails regarding the order. DO NOT RECOMMEND buying from them. I will never buy from them again.

Item still has not arrived. I have not been able to reach any customer service representative by phone to discuss. Via email I asked for refund and was told I need to wait longer. Very unhappy. Will never recommend or use again.

"Mismatched shoes yet they won't pick up my calls"
I ordered online a size 12 men's shoes. They sent them but one shoe was an 11 while the other was a 11. I was told to send them back (which I did first week of March). They have and even won't pick up calls on my issue

"I paid Belk $64 for See's chocolates…"
I paid Belk $64 for See's chocolates through AAdvantage online because the actual store See's no longer affiliates themselves with AAdvantage. Anyway, I received my chocolates today and they look like they traveled all 50 states to get to Las Vegas. Some were melted, they were thrown all over the box somehow and they all had white spots like they were old. When I ate them they were hard as a rock! This is ridiculous!! Never buy anything from them again! Whenever I buy chocolates from See's they come packed with an ice pack and they arrive beautifully. It's not that hard Belk...

"If I could give this 0 stars I would"
If I could give this 0 stars I would. They sent me the incorrect size and literally offered nothing useful to even replace it. I shouldn’t be penalized for receiving the incorrect size when it was their incompetent workers who messed up my order. I was offered a 15% discount which is nothing or to return the item. I shouldn’t even have to go through the hassle of returning it when your lack of educated employees can’t read an order size correctly. Horrible business. I will never be shopping from here again.
